Returns & Refund Policy

Returns 
Returns may be made up to 14 days only after receipt by contacting us at support@romesia.com or by phone at 1-888-393-0960 Please provide the name used on the order and order number.

We only accept returns for items that are deffective. No exchanges are offered. If your item appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photo of the defective item. Once we receive the images, we will review them to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or by other means before processing a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and product is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 

Shipping:

To return your product contact us by email or phone for an authorization number and mailing instructions. All return shipping cost to be paid for by the buyer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to errors in many mailing systems.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven't received your refund.
Credit Cards- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Bank Accounts-Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective . If you need an item replaced, send us an email at support@romesia.com along with a photo showing the damage. All packages are inspected before shipping to assure your product is in superior condition and arrives in the same condition as it was when shipped. Some carriers unfortunately do damages packages, especially during busy holiday seasons when they are over-loaded with packages.
